The hospitality was exceptional, stunning views, exceeded expectations, amazing Tiramisu, helpful in car emergency, excellent food.

We stayed at this family-run hotel for a week and enjoyed the peaceful and naturally beautiful surroundings. the excursions organized by the hotel were great, and we savored the delicious Italian/Tyrolean cuisine. Our room was cozy and clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was basic but filling and tasty. Free WIFI in communal areas was a plus. the terrace offered breathtaking views of the majestic mountains and forests nearby.
The decor in the lobby could be modernized.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at this hotel. The hospitality of the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location were all exceptional. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist with any request. The transportation was easily accessible, and the parking was convenient.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Had a great time during our winter vacation. The location was perfect for us, as we enjoy hiking, and there were several trails to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The food was delicious, and we were pleased to find that there was a variety of options available. The views were breathtaking, and we enjoyed the snow and the festive atmosphere of the Christmas market in the small village nearby. It was also nice to have access to free Wi-Fi in most areas of the hotel.
That the room was a bit too small, especially since we had a lot of luggage with us. , the transportation from the hotel to the village was a bit of a hassle, as we had to rely on public transportation, which was sometimes crowded and not very punctual.

the location was also ideal, being close to many outdoor activities.
The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. the bathrooms were especially small and cramped.
